At Five Star Gym Windsor, we provide Yoga classes six days a week in our exclusive studio that accommodates up to eight people. With a focus on small group sessions, our aim is to ensure that you receive optimal benefits from each session, guided by our friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable instructors.

Our diverse range of classes includes Hatha flow, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Slow flow, and Beginners yoga, catering to all skill levels. Join us and discover the perfect class for your needs.

Members receive a designated number of class credits each month, allowing them to book classes. Additionally, they have the option to purchase additional class passes at a discounted rate. Non-members are also welcome to join our classes by purchasing class passes.

Yoga, a practice with ancient roots, has been recognized as an effective way to alleviate back pain and ease arthritis symptoms. The gentle stretches and strength-building poses can significantly improve full body strength, muscle toning, flexibility, mobility, balance, and posture. Yet, the benefits of yoga are not limited to the physical; it also fosters a healthier heart by reducing levels of stress, a known perpetrator in heart disease.

Moreover, regular practice can aid in achieving better sleep, an essential aspect of overall health and well-being. Lastly, yoga has the power to uplift, boosting your energy and brightening your mood, making it an all-encompassing practice that targets multiple aspects of health and wellness.

It's advisable to bring water in a sports bottle for hydration. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat; however, mats are provided in the yoga studio if needed.

All our yoga classes are 45 minutes long.

To uphold a clean and inviting atmosphere in our Yoga studio for all class participants, we ask our members to kindly remove their shoes before entering. Please place your shoes in the designated waiting area located opposite the Yoga studio entrance.

We recommend arriving at the studio at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Kindly store your belongings in the changing rooms and be prepared to begin promptly. Lateness can cause disruption for the entire class. Please note that entry may be denied if you are more than 5 minutes late.

You can leave Shoes,Coats and bags in the waiting area opposite the Yoga studio.

Any valuables must be put in the lockers in the changing rooms.

It is advisable to dress in comfortable sports or yoga attire. Layering is recommended as you may feel warmer during the class than at the start or end, allowing you to adjust layers as required for comfort.

Each class will have up to 8 people attending a class, plus our Instructor.

To optimise space usage and reduce disruptions, we politely ask guests to use the lockers in the changing room for storing personal belongings
