Reception Area

Our welcoming reception area is where you’ll experience the first smiling face. The gym is staffed from open until close, so if you need assistance or have any questions, there are always staff members available at the reception or on the gym floor to help you. If there’s no one at the desk, don’t worry! Just press the ring doorbell, and a staff member will be with you shortly.

We have two impeccably clean toilets in our reception area, one of which is accessible for our disabled gym visitors.

Feeling a bit snacky? We have a well-stocked vending machine with bottled water, pre-workout drinks, energy drinks, protein shakes, and bars. Additionally, we offer a selection of Five Star Gym Merchandise available for purchase at the reception area, including branded water bottles, sweat towels, and apparel. If you want to give the gift of fitness to friends or family, you can also buy gift vouchers from our reception desk.

Would you like a resistance band for your workout? We have them available at our reception desk. Feel free to pick one up and return it when you’re done or on your way out.

Our waiting area is conveniently located next to the entrance barrier which is wheelchair accessible. The entrance barrier utilises smartphone or smartwatch technology for easy and efficient access. Enjoy quick and hassle-free entry.
