You are unable to change when your monthly payment date.
Unless your membership payment has been processed you will not be able to access the facilities until it has cleared.

Our system will retry running your payment for the first 5 days of the month if after the 5th day it still has not cleared the membership will be cancelled.
You can rejoin with us, but you will incur at £10 rejoining fee and Plus £10 for each month missed for transaction fees. Your membership payment will be at the current membership rate.
Unless your membership payment has been processed you will not be able to attend classes until it has cleared.
Any future classes that have been booked will be cancelled.

There is NO joining fee
There is no joining fee, but we do prorate your first month. This means you will only pay for the remaining days of the current month to access our facilities.
Monthly payments come out on the 1st of every month.
Regrettably, access to our facilities will not be granted until full payment has been received.
If your membership payment has not been processed within 5 days from the start of the month, a £10 reactivation fee may be applied to your account.
Sharing your membership with others is strictly prohibited. All memberships are intended for individual use only. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
Members of our Monthly Membership can invite a friend to train at a special discounted rate of just £5 per session. It's a great opportunity to enjoy fitness together and save some money along the way!
Unfortunately, we don't offer complimentary guest passes. However, we'd be happy to assist you at our reception to get a £5 friend pass or arrange a tour for your friend. Please note that we kindly request all facility tours to be conducted by a staff member. Thank you for your understanding!
We reserve the right to terminate your monthly membership if you violate any of the gym rules.
We do not offer an option to freeze or pause our monthly membership
Yes for monthly membership we ask a minimum of 2 full monthly payments. This does not include the prorate payment when joining.
This is part of our 30 days notice period.
Yes all Monthly members can purchase class passes for themselves at a discounted rate
There isn't the option to swap class credits. if you wish to do more of a specific class type you can purchase additional class passes.

You can either fill in our online cancellation form or email us.
Please expect to pay one final membership payment.
For example: If you request to cancel your membership on the 14th of the month your next months payment will be processed on the 1st of the month like normal and you will have access until the end of that month.
After that final payment no further payments will be processed and your membership will be cancelled.
To activate a membership cancellation all payments must be up to date.

All membership payments are taken in full and no partial refund will be given.
Yes if you get in touch with us a minimum of 3 working days before the next payment is due to be processed we can reactive your membership at the current membership rate.

You can not swap class credits, but if you wish to attend additional classes of a specific type you can purchase class passes at a discounted rate.
When you book a class via our app a class credit will be used
If you have used all class credits of a specific type but try and book a class of that type the system will automatically charge you for a class pass.
Class Passes are non-refundable
Class credits are added back onto your account if you cancel a class with more than 24 hours notice.
You will not receive a class credit back onto your account if you cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice
You will not receive a class credit back onto your account if you do not attend a class
Hot Yoga is not part of the membership and can not be booked using class credits. Members do however get a discount on Hot Yoga class passes.
To avoid wasting a class credit or incurring a charge more that 24 hours notice.
We do have late cancellation charges in place on all classes. Please ask a member of our team for more information or you will find this information in our T&C's
We do have no show charges for classes
We have late cancellation and no show charges in place to discourages members from late cancellations and no shows so all members have the opportunity to be able to attend classes and with notice.
Charges for premium classes like Yoga,Pilates and Cycle that Functional fitness classes.
The minimum age requirement for gym users to 18 years old.
However, there are a few exceptions for 16-year-olds:
Existing members with 16-year-old memberships can continue.
If you have previously used our facilities without any issues, you are welcome to continue.
If accompanied by a member who is over 18 years old.
If a parent or guardian is a member and recommends you to us.
Please note, all new members and pass holders must present a photo ID for age verification before entry. Access will be denied without age verification.
