Biography

My passion lies in strength and hypertrophy training. Collaborating closely with my clients, both one-on-one and online, to assist them in reaching their weight loss goals has been an immensely rewarding experience thus far.

No matter your fitness goals be it building muscle, toning and sculpting, losing weight, or increasing strength Dan is the ideal personal trainer to guide you on your journey.

I enjoy embarking on long walks, engaging in strength training, dedicating time to my business, maintaining an active social life, discovering new places through travel, and empowering as many people as I can to realise their full potential.

  • I have loved attending some of Dan’s classes over the past few months i have his as a PT and asking me to attend one I have now completed a few of his classes, including HIIT and Guns and Abs and yesterday Strength.
    He does an amazing job of running the class his enthusiasm and knowledge is amazing, he does an excellent job of explaining the exercises and he makes you feel really welcome, and always chats with everyone to ensure that you are ok during the class.
    He can be sometimes cheeky but he certainly likes to see the sweat pouring of your head but without doubt one of the BEST instructors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
    Maybe one day he will join in and experience the exercises he likes to put people through. 😂😂

  • I have been trying various fitness regimes with partial success or very little. I have been reading up on strength training especially for “older women” and thought I’ll give it a try signing up for Dan’s 12 week strength training program. From day 1 Dan was very supportive in training, motivation as well as dietary requirements. Just finished my course with Dan and I have seen amazing results in my strength, my fitness as well as how my body shaped changed. Love the feeling of feeling strong and healthy, I could not have done this without Dan support. I am now hooked on strength training, Thanks Dan!

  • I have just completed a 12 week plan with Dan which was fantastic. Having recovered from illness last year we had to start from the beginning and I have a lot to learn but Dan is definitely the best person to have by your side.

  • DAN IS THE MAN!!! I finished my 12 week program and it was AMAZING! I have learnt so much, got the results and had fun along the way. He is so knowledgeable and has a genuine passion for what he does. I HIGHLY recommend training with Dan and doing his 12 week program you will NOT regret it. It’s ’lightweight baby’ 🫡

  • I did 10 sessions with Dan, which were very enjoyable and helpful. He has a great depth of knowledge around each exercise and the equipment. My main aim was to learn how to use some of the new machinery at the gym and to progress with my weights. Dan assisted with this in an informative and professional manner. The thing i liked most was his positive attitude and reiteration that exercising correctly is for longevity and not for quick gains. I’d highly recommend Dan, he’s an excellent PT with a genuine interest and care for peoples wellbeing. Gurjit.

  • I’ve been training with Dan over the lasts 12 weeks. He’s been a great teacher. Always patient and explains the exercises until they fully sink in. Dans always happy to answer any questions you may have and is very approachable. All in all a great PT, and I’m really happy with the results.

  • An amazing PT, I really enjoy his sessions such a great guy, very patient, kind, encouraging and supportive PT, I love working out with him, he also really pushes you and explains the exercises really well. He has made me lose weight and gain muscles and I feel so much better about myself and I’m more confident in the gym. Honestly I can’t recommend him enough 5 stars ⭐️ Looking forward to trying his HIIT class in a few weeks time. 🤩😉
