I have just completed a 12 week plan with Dan which was fantastic. Having recovered from illness last year we had to start from the beginning and I have a lot to learn but Dan is definitely the best person to have by your side.

I did 10 sessions with Dan, which were very enjoyable and helpful. He has a great depth of knowledge around each exercise and the equipment. My main aim was to learn how to use some of the new machinery at the gym and to progress with my weights. Dan assisted with this in an informative and professional manner. The thing i liked most was his positive attitude and reiteration that exercising correctly is for longevity and not for quick gains. I’d highly recommend Dan, he’s an excellent PT with a genuine interest and care for peoples wellbeing. Gurjit.
I’ve been training with Dan over the lasts 12 weeks. He’s been a great teacher. Always patient and explains the exercises until they fully sink in. Dans always happy to answer any questions you may have and is very approachable. All in all a great PT, and I’m really happy with the results.
I've been training with Matt for a while now. First day I had to stopp 45 minutes in the hour session and told him "You can keep the remaining 15 for free" purely for survival.
Fast forward, and I'm lifting more and able to endure whatever "evilness" he decides to throw at me.
A lot of PTs either push you too far, or not enough. Matt always challenges you to be the best you can, in the right way.

I know Matt from the boxing world as I'm a fellow ABA coach. I have a substantial knowledge of strength and conditioning, boxing, endurance training etc. but I had failed in rehabilitating myself.
I have unfortunately been recovering from a number of issue/injuries, and as I'm now in my sixties needed an expert discussion as to how I can regain my past strength and fitness levels. I knew Matt as one of the most knowlwdgable PT's in the industry and booked a free consultation. Matt devised a program taking into account my heart rate training parameters and back injuries, paying particular attention to recovery as I had suffered exhaustion before.
I'm now on session number nine and I have definitely made a very significant improvement in both my strength and cardio levels, substantially more than I had expected in such few sessions.
Matt's extensive qualifications speak for themselves, this coupled with his industry knowledge gained through training athletes made him my first choice.

Been training with Matt for around 2 years, has massively helped me develop rotation and explosive power for boxing and has increased strength functionally for my role as a firefighter.

Personal Training session are not included in your gym membership
The cost of a personal training sessions vary from trainer to trainer. The average cost of session with one of our Personal trainer is around £50.
Some of our Personal Trainers do offer small group Personal Training sessions.
We recommend you asking the personal trainer you wish to train with if they offer that option.
Our Personal Trainers ask for 24 hours notice to cancel.
Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in session payment being retained.
You will pay for your Personal Trainer sessions directly to your chosen Personal Trainer.
