Contact and membership cancellation form
When visitors submit a web enquiry via our contact form or a membership cancellation request via our membership cancellation form, we collect their first name, last name, email address and telephone number. To help spam detection we also collect their IP address.
Membership, passes and class bookings
We partner with Glofox to provide our gym management system which includes memberships, passes and class bookings. Their code is embedded on our website.
We collect visitors name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address and payment details. For security reasons, we also collect their IP address.
